Rabello Engineering provides estimating, tender, planning and project delivery support to contractors, consultants and developers across Australia.

We work as an extension of our clients' teams. Every estimate and programme is built around the way that contractor actually works: the activities they self-perform, their crews and plant, their internal rates and their production capacity.
The company was founded by Juliana and Eduardo Rabello, civil engineers with more than 30 years of combined experience across Brazil and Australia in roads, rail, airports, mining, water and land development. Clients deal directly with them, from the first tender review through to delivery.

Our founders
Founder and Director, Estimating and Pre-Contracts
Juliana Carraro Rabello
Juliana is a civil engineer with more than ten years' experience on high-rise and infrastructure projects, specialising in first-principles estimating, tender preparation and contract negotiation.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Londrina, Brazil, and postgraduate qualifications in Project Management and Leadership in Australia. Juliana leads the company's estimating and pre-contracts work.
Co-Founder, Project Delivery
Eduardo Rabello
Eduardo is a civil engineer with more than 20 years' experience delivering infrastructure in rail, road, airport and urban development, including road rehabilitation and airport upgrades.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, Brazil, and covers project delivery from estimating and procurement through to site management and stakeholder engagement.
